Dear Valued Customer,

We are excited to share more updates with you on our conversion to Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (RFHL) suite of technology platforms. Here are some changes you can expect when the systems go live on February 1st, 2022.

New Account Numbers
• You will be assigned a new 12-digit Republic Bank account number.
• A unique Customer ID number has been assigned to you. It will be required when you register for our Online Banking platform – RepublicOnline.

The table, below, shows your existing account number(s), new account type(s), new account number(s) and Customer ID. Please take note of your type of account. You will be required to select it when using ATMs or conducting point of sale transactions.

While your new account number(s) will not be activated until the new system goes live, it is important for you to advise anyone with whom you regularly conduct banking transactions (for example: employers for salary/pension payments and incoming wire transfers) of the change to your account number(s).

Online Banking/RepublicOnline
Upon conversion to our new systems, you will receive a personalised email to register for RepublicOnline and the Republic Mobile App, our internet banking and mobile banking platforms. Please click here https://www.republicbankanguilla.com/online-banking-faqs for more information.
