Wire Transfer

Effective February 10, 2026, wire transfers initiated via the RepublicOnline platform may require the submission of supporting documents to facilitate processing.

To avoid the need for repeated document submissions for routine beneficiaries - whether for business or personal transactions- customers are encouraged to visit any Republic Bank branch to provide wire transfer details, such as beneficiary name and expected monthly activity. This will help reduce the need for repeated document submissions or follow-ups from the Bank for additional information.

If your beneficiaries or transfer amounts change at any time, you may update your information at a branch to prevent processing delays.

For transactions requiring supporting documentation, please email your supporting documents to rbgdwtdocs@rfhl.com using the following subject line format:
[Your Name] - [Amount]

If submitting documents for multiple wire transfers, please attach all relevant invoices in a single email.

Important Note:
Missing supporting documents may result in a 2-day delay in processing your payment.
